Job responsibilities:

1. Learn, be familiar with and master the performance, characteristics and application of the company's products, and be able to introduce and provide consultation to customers;

2. Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with customers;

3. Understand and analyze the needs of customers, solve various problems encountered by customers and dealers in technology and products, and provide technical services, assistance and complaint handling by phone and email according to customer requirements;

4, timely track and deal with customer feedback, regularly visit key customers, maintain old customer relations;

5, responsible for customer development, tracking, bidding, order acquisition, etc.;

6. Interested in the market of disposable consumables and equipment in the biological industry, willing to develop in this industry for a long time

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in biology or chemistry is preferred;

2. Working experience in biomedical industry is preferred;

3, honest and trustworthy, have good initiative, planning, execution ability, can withstand certain work pressure;

4, good at communication with people, with a pioneering spirit, a strong sense of customer service and team spirit.
